First Floor: 3 Master double bedrooms (four poster beds) with roll-top bath and separate showers, plus a further double bedroom with shower room en suite and a twin bedroom with shower room en suite.
Sugar Mill Tower: 2 Double bedrooms with shower room en suite, Kitchen/Bar, Dining veranda.
Facilities
Private swimming pool 20m x 10m (2m deep), pool towels, 2 poolside gazebos. Kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven. For entertainment there's a Media Room, Cable TV, DVD player, wifi, pool table, table tennis, Bocce Ball, croquet lawn, 2 paddle boards, 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks. Villa essentials include BBQ/grill area, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, washing machine, iron/ironing board, cot, high chair, board games, safe, hair dryers, telephone and fax.
A yacht is available for day and/or overnight trips, payable locally.

Small beach in front of villa, further beaches are a 5 minute drive. Tennis and Golf are a 10 and 15 minute drive respectively. Restaurants, shops, bars etc. in Grenada's capital St George's are a 15 minute drive.
