Surrounded by a forest of pines on a private peninsula estate with a shaded sandy path down to the beach 100m away, Villa Lara is chic, minimalist and very well arranged for indoor/outdoor living. Parasols shade a timber decked terrace on one side of the salt-water pool whilst there's a paved terrace and occasional seating on the other, and a summer kitchen serves a choice of al fresco dining spots. And, for the ultimate in
holiday relaxation, the rental fee includes a private chef.
Accommodation
The ground floor has entrance hall, kitchen, lounge area, sitting/dining area, and terraces. Also on the ground floor, there's two en suite double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor, there's a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom (can be double) with ensuite shower room. Both open on to private terraces.
Facilities
Private swimming pool 10.5m x 6m, 1m to 2m deep. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, satellite TV, stereo, air-conditioning throughout, wifi, hairdryers, summer kitchen with plancha grill, table tennis, boules pitch and 2 bicycles. Plus shared tennis courts 50m away, available for use for a small fee payable locally.
Villa Rental Includes
Maid service for 2 hours, 5 days per week and air conditioning in all rooms (reverse cycle for heating).
Cook service 6 days per week and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner with dinner on day of arrival and breakfast on day of departure.
Cost of food and beverages are not included.
Neighbourhood
Tennis courts are 50m for the villa and the sandy beach of Cap Benat is 100m. Nearest small shop and supermarket is 1km. Beaches of La Faviere are 3km and the shops and restaurants of Bormes-les-Mimosas are 5km. Other places nearby include Brégançon (10km), Grimaud (30km), Ramatuelle (38km) and St-Tropez (40km).

The Côte d’Azur enjoys a lovely Mediterranean climate and is warm and sunny from Spring to Autumn.
Temperatures hover around 30°C during July and August.

It's around 2 hours flying time from UK to Marseilles or Nice, which are 100km and 140km from the villa respectively.
