Accommodation

Rasananda's 64 Villas and Suites, all have indoor and outdoor living areas, most with private pools, espresso machines, Apple TVs, DVDs/CDs and iPod docking stations so every modern comfort has been considered. Décor is modern Thai with wooden floors and brightly coloured accents. The seven different rooms types are dotted around the resort with the ultimate being the Ocean Pool Villa set alone right on the beachfront with an open-air bathroom.

Activities & Experiences

Yoga, spa treatments and cooking classes give lazy days here an added touch of luxury. Alternatively, get adventurous with day trips to nearby island beaches, as well as wildlife-watching trips, excursions to jungle temples and kayaking. There's also fantastic diving and snorkeling.

There's a choice of 4 dining options. Rasananda's beachfront restaurant serves modern fusion food in an idyllic setting and cuisine choices range from traditional Thai to Japanese Teppanyaki to international favourites. You also have the option of in-room and poolside dining too. There is a champagne and wine lounge for those who appreciate the finer things in life. The spa has an extensive range of indulgent therapies as well as a steam cave and there is also a gym, yoga pavilion and library. 

Weather & Seasons

Koh Phangan has a tropical climate and best visited from February to September when it's relatively dry - but there is some rain every month.

Getting Here

11 hour flight to Bangkok from London, followed by a 1 hour domestic flight to Koh Samui, followed by a 30 minute speedboat ride direct to the beach at Anantara Rasananda.
