Delaire Graff Lodge & Spa is perched on the highest crest along the magnificent Helshoogte Mountain Pass, linking the Cape’s two leading wine districts: Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.

Accommodation

Delaire Graff has just 10 cottages - one Owners Lodge (two bedrooms), one Presidential Lodge (two bedrooms), four Luxury Lodges and four Deluxe Lodges. Each has a private heated infinity pool and spectacular panoramic views.

Activities & Experiences

Join an expert as you explore over twenty hectares of enchanting vineyards, planted with Bordeaux reds and Chardonnay pesticide-free grapes. Savour the wine's captivating flavours as welcoming sommeliers and wine tutors talk you through samples of various bottles - from illustrious reds and whites to sparkling wine and delightful rosé.

The hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the magnificent surrounding countryside are endless - just pick your preferred distance and degree of difficulty. Nearby, there are excellent golf courses, and Franschhoek is only 30 minutes east (and Cape Town is 40 minutes west).

Facilities & Services

In addition to sampling the highly regarded produce from the winery, enjoying the lodge's extensive artwork, and treating yourself to exceptionally fine dining, there's also a lovely spa, swimming pool and fitness room.

Weather & Seasons

The Winelands are a wonderful year-round destination and seasons are the opposite to the northern hemisphere. So the best time to visit is from September to March when it is hot, sunny and dry. From April to August it cools down with some rain.
