After a multi-million pound refurbishment, The One&Only Le Saint Géran aims to redefine ultra luxury living in Mauritius with fabulous inside-out living spaces. Le Saint Géran, the island's original luxury hotel, is a beautifully redesigned resort on a white sand peninsula on the east coast, with the Indian Ocean on one side and a sheltered lagoon with calm waters on the other.

Accommodation

The 142 rooms and suites at One&Only Le Saint Géran were completely redesigned and refurbished in 2017 which seamlessly create wonderful indoor / outdoor living spaces, cleverly enhanced by disappearing terrace doors. All rooms and suites have either a private terrace or first floor balcony facing either the ocean, beach or lagoon. Suites have the option to connect to create 2 and 3 bedroom spaces for larger groups and families, or for the ultimate in privacy and space, the remodelled Villa One offers direct beach access from its stunning terrace which features a swimming pool and outdoor living and dining areas.

Activities & Experiences

Guests can enjoy an enormous choice of activities offered by Le Saint Géran offers a spectacular array of land and water sports - many of which are complimentary. On water, there's Hobie Cat sailing, kayaking, water skiing, kite surfing, wakeboarding, fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving, parasailing and speedboat rides. On land, there's golf, floodlit tennis courts, padel tennis courts, bikes for cross country rides,

beach volleyball, badminton, and - if you still have the energy - you can hit the gym. 

Facilities & Services

Whatever room or suite you book comes with the attentive yet discreet services of a personal butler, and a twice daily maid service. A babysitting service is available and there is a Kids' Club too.  The resort's tranquil spa has ocean views and is nestled within a sanctuary of palm and coconut trees. One&Only have partnered with ESPA to create a centre of pampering excellence and wellbeing, offering individually tailored fitness programmes that combine exercise with nutritional advice, stress management and relaxation techniques. 

Weather & Seasons

Mauritius has a tropical climate with year-round heat, refreshed by coastal breeze. The summer months are from December to April, when it can nevertheless be extremely humid, and the winter, such as it is, runs from May to November, and is cooler and drier.

The best months to visit Mauritius are May to early December.
