Villa Dubrovnik, Croatia

Contemporary 5* luxury boutique hotel with superb views of Dubrovnik and Lokrum Island

4 nights from around £700pp sharing (low season), including daily breakfast, flights and transfers

Arguably the best 5 star boutique hotel in the neighbourhood, Villa Dubrovnik has luxury contemporary styling and accommodation, an excellent restaurant, a lovely spa, and great service. Plus the views, from

wherever you are in the hotel, are sublime.

Accommodation

Villa Dubrovnik has 56 rooms and suites which have been cleverly designed to create an atmosphere of privacy, pleasure and relaxation. The floor to ceiling glass windows in the rooms and suites provide fabulous views of the Adriatic, Lokrum Island and Dubrovnik Old Town.

Activities & Experiences

Villa Dubrovnik's rates include a boat transfer to the Old City on the hotel's Venetian Vaporetto speedboat (May–October, weather permitting). Boats leave around every hour and take just 10 minutes. Gym bunnies can work out on the eight or so machines and there’s also a small room dedicated to pilates and yoga classes. Take a boat to Lokrum Island and admire the fortress, botanic gardens and lake. The hotel can also organise various outings and activities, including private tours of historic Dubrovnik, Peljesac peninsula, Zagreb or the Elaphiti Islands; horse-riding in Konavle, evening cruises, sea kayaking, visits to the wine regions, trips to the oyster farms, and meals at a Croatian family home.

Facilities & Services

Spend some time relaxing in the spa, which has a respectably sized indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and several treatment rooms. Villa Spa uses organic Sodashi products for its facials and massages, and OPI nail lacquers for its pedicures and manicures.

Villa Dubrovnik has a smart, elegant restaurant serving exceptional cuisine, whilst the bar and bistro is perfect for

an al fresco pre-dinner drink or a lighter meal.  All have floor to ceiling windows and spacious terraces with magnificent views of

Dubrovnik Old Town or Lokrum Island, or both.

Wander down to the hotel’s rocky beach to soak up the rays on an artfully positioned sun lounger before jumping in to the

Adriatic for a refreshing swim.

Dubrovnik is considered to be a year round destination. The warmest months are July and August with highs of around the low 33°C. In May and October - which are essentially the months that mark the beginning and end of the season - you may expect highs of 21°C.
